and what points did the refs give the Niners in the Panthers game? if you say it was the play where the refs "Missed" the Niners having twelve guys on the field, the refs already explained how it COULDNT be called a penalty.

That was that bullshit "Unsportsman-like Conduct" penalty on a third down play, that kept the drive alive, which led to a field goal. Later, Boldin headbutted someone, same as the penalty called on the Panthers, and the refs didn't call it. The 12 men a huddle penalty, which when they came back from halftime, the announcers said the refs blew it. They got a touchdown, instead of possibly a field goal.


The Panthers sucked the second half and shouldn't have won based on how they played, but don't act like the refs didn't help the 49ers at all.

The injury occurred late in the game. What is amazing about the play is that Bowman held on to a fumble recovery despite the injury. Although, the refs didn't rule it a turnover and instead left the ball with Seattle. The 49ers would recover another fumble on the next play.

Bowman's leg bent backward unnaturally, a horrific injury that was replayed too many times.
