Thanks everyone for the feedback. It's about making a good video...better. We never get a chance to get peoples feedback. Just saying shits good or bad don't really help. There's really no point in me telling you why it was cut this way.

I generally attempt to avoid all criticism on these boards, especially when I deem the work to be of exceptional quality in the first place, but If you'd like some technical feedback, I'd be glad to do that...
For one, your version does not appear to be color graded. Your blacks are washed out and appear "grayish" and or "ashy". Your colors are also in need of a little saturation. I cant be sure as I'm not watching the two videos on an NTSC monitor, but it also appears that your video could do with a little framerate conversion. Your cuts do not flow with much rhythmic precision, and your selection of clips leads me to believe that you were more interested in telling a story in a linear fashion rather than attempting to evoke a mood. Linear story telling is generally better suited for movies. In my opinion, its more important to evoke a mood in a music video than to attempt to tell an entire story in a few minutes. The exception of course is if your music video is actually a short film as were many of Michael Jackson's video's such as "Thriller", and "Bad". The problem with that idea is that unless you ARE Michael Jackson there are very few program directors who will allow you the extra time to air your entire short film, which thereby defeats the purpose.
Although these are only my opinions, I hope I have been of some help to you. Once again I'd like to say "good work" and I hope you don't take any offense to this post...
