In my opinion, the 3 seed will equal a home game against the NY Giants or NO Saints, and a second round matchup vs. either DAL Cowboys or GB Packers.

In my opinion, the 4 seed will equal a home game against the MN Vikings and a second round matchup vs. either DAL Cowboys or GB Packers.

Here's why the 3 seed matters over the 4 seed. There would be a chance (a fairly low one, but a chance still) that if they could upset DAL or GB in the 2nd round, that they could host the NFC Title Game. As the 4 seed, the only way they could host the NFC Title Game would be if the 6 seed goes on a run.

More likely to go on a run: TB / MIN or NYG / NO???

I'll take my chances w/ TB or especially MIN to pull off something special.

Now of course all of this doesn't matter one bit if the Seahawks can't win their 1st round game and then beat DAL or GB. I'm just trying to emphasize that there is a huge amount to play for, that the 3 seed vs the 4 seed really does matter.

Yeah the Vikes have a runnin game and thats it. Jackson still makes alot of mistakes, and you dont want to put him up against our secondary at the moment. The Vikes do have a physical line, whoch could cause problems for the Hawks front seven.

not at home, no chance. If it was in MN then I would say it might be close, but seattle is damn near unbeatable at qwest field.

all they got to do is keep 8 in the box like CHI did (and others). Jackson cant throw for shit, his mechanics are all out of wack right now and there is no way he's going to get all that fixed any time soon, he needs a lot of work.

I don't want to look it up, but look at adrian peterson last two games or so. He hasn't really been doin shit cuz defenses have figured out just put 8 in the box at all times, jackson wont beat you. The chicago game he was averaging like 2.0 yards per carry, up until the very end when he had a nice 15 yard run or something.

1. it wasn't the playoffs.
2. Hassleback got injured that day.
3. who was the QB? Brad Johnson? lol, he's no tom brady but he probably played semi-better than jackson (although that's no excuse).
4. it wasn't the playoffs.
5. it wasn't the playoffs.

I said damn near unbeatable:

Home Record Since Week 16 of 2002 Season
Indianapolis 28-6 .824
Seattle 27-6 .818
New England 27-7 .794
Kansas City 26-7 .788
Denver 25-8 .758

(stats were from article an August 17, 2007. Since then they've gone 6-1 at home, so that brings it to 33-7 at home since the end of 2002).
