overall its good aint feeling the "V" stripes behind your back either make em more transparent or completly remove em. aint feeling the "portfolio" chain as well. But like i said beside these 2 things i like it.
oh and on your left eye (front view) blurr your skin tone a little more, actually the border between the dark and light section is "too hard" so it looks like a part of your skull is shining through your skin (or just say it looks a lil weird or odd)

Its great overall but there are definitely a few major things id change:
I'd turn the "V" shape/style into a single-diagonal (upper left to lower right) one, with less opacity.. very transparent. This will give more movement instead of the joining intersection conflicting on the sides.
I think the portfolio chain is decent but that yellow flyer there is sticking out way too much, id tone down most of the colors in the chain actually. Otherwise its an ok idea.
Face is a bit too airbrushed, not natural looking,
and I think the font is a bit blocky and could be more chiseled and active, to go along with the vibrant colors... But im biased against blocky fonts so maybe others will be feeling it more.
