ya, but doesn't it rasterize the text? And regardless, thats one less step...

BTW, if this trend of vector abilities coming into photoshop continues, i garentee Illustrator won't last long. I doubt Adobe will combine them anytime soon, because thats one less product to sell. I'm suprised they actually brought text on a path over.

for sure! thats dope, i bet theres goin to be al kinds of plug-ins that are new as well. i like ps7 over ps6.now its just a waiting game until it hits tha works"networks"

It doesn't rasterize until you import it into Photoshop...but you can specify ANY size you want it to be so the quality is still top notch. Regardless, any text that doesn't require any manipulation I personally do in Illustrator anyway.
