SMC is not messy's label, he has a distro deal through them/fontana for his label. i could see SMC doin 300k, they have artists from the south (Pastor Troy), i think they're releasing Scarface's new joint, and they've released/releasing some of the Bay's bigger selling records (Quinn, Bullys-wit-fullies, balance, etc.) They prolly ship so much because they have the distro deal with fontana/universal.

well, they are a Bay Area company based in SF. And their roster is majority Bay artists. That's probably why they put it the way they did.
