you mean when the parent label who releases it doesn't come through on promotion, no ads, no video, no pushed radio single, faulty artword/credits, sabotaged mastering... and it still breaches 40's on a chart just off word of mouth. That's not something that can be classified as more then noteworthy and praise on good standards considering the situation?
