What is up with you people saying 15.08 is not a lot of money? Here where I live (US) that is a pretty good paying job especially at a young age..This job I am about to get hired at (Finish Line) will pay me at about 7.50 and 15 is double that..I don't know what you guys are saying....I can understand if you are living with somebody and have kids..That is still a lot of money though unless your gf/wife stays home..Congrats on the job though!
You're right, I'm married, have a kid, and my wife is a stay at home mom. I need a raise LOL...

15.08 is just entry level for this position and since there's a contract in negotiation we could possibly make more once that is resolved. But like I said every six months we get a raise... and we could make up to 31 an hour when we're certified or even more.

Shit if I made what I make here out in Cincy I'd be livin' cool. Right now I'm at 14.85 which is just getting by in cali standards, but I get mad over time with my new job since there is no limit on OT. Time and a half every Sunday helps too. Taxes are a bitch though, my check today was just above $2,000 and after taxes and benefits it was down to 1,445 or some shit. I got family out that way and been thinking of transferring there one day after a few promotions to then buy a big pad out there.
