Yea I was getting 17 at my last job but they didn't want to give me anything more than a nickel raise :angry:

I'm a business consultant. I handle business purchases, leases, etc. Mainly bulk orders for corporate gifts, etc. Its cool, but I'm still grinding at the retail level. What is up with you people saying 15.08 is not a lot of money? Here where I live (US) that is a pretty good paying job especially at a young age..This job I am about to get hired at (Finish Line) will pay me at about 7.50 and 15 is double that..I don't know what you guys are saying....I can understand if you are living with somebody and have kids..That is still a lot of money though unless your gf/wife stays home..Congrats on the job though!
