That's why it's called The Voice of Northeast Portland, and not the Champ of Northeast Portland. Get it? The mixtape will answer every question that Uncle Rico(X-Kid) & King Cheerleader(Rafael), have about real niggaz on the mic. I could get to talking about the quality of music that niggaz have put out, the quality of recordings, the quality or artwork on CD's, or the lack there of, and a whole lot of other shit that isn't quality work, but I'm not here to run these niggaz through the mud. What we do speaks for itself, and certain things that don't stack up don't even deserve a response, don't deserve me wasting the thought of writing rhymes about it, and definitely don't deserve me helping promote this nigga and his record label, who most people in the NW don't even know.
