oncd again thanx for the feedback... now to answer ur questions
YES i have done mixtapes in the past but i got tired of doin em... so im callin this a street album... its not an official album but its 95% original beats... I DONT HAVE A DJ MIXING IT AND THERE IS NOBODY HOSTING OR TALKING OVER THE SONGS...But i did some little shit to it so it can be entertaining...my official album is almost done... its 10 TIMES BETTER than BTHA... ive grown and seen alot... Get Down Or Lay Down is a collection of original brand new music from me that will not make my album... and i sprinkled in a few freestyle joints and guest appearances i did... i was gonna break it down into 3 separate street tapes but i decided to throw it all on one disc... id rather go back in the studio and record all new joints for part 2 and 3 like i did for part 1... ya dig? i record a crazy amount of records so im throwin some out there so my fans can check out my growth and get updated wit some new shit...
now about the graphix... yeah i fuck wit photodoctor and yes the artwork coulda been better to some of u folx... but i actually like the street lol... its givin the message that i wanted... GET DOWN OR LAY DOWN... its a street album... im not aiming for the radio wit this record... its real gutta street music... even tho kmel most likely will be playin some of the records that wasnt my intentions... i will save the clean shiney graphix for my album...
But check it out on OCT 2nd at all rasputinz and amoebas and on my myspace page u can hear a few cuts off the record (1 YEAR AFTER BLOCK TESTED HOOD APPROVED) u wont be dissapointed...
