Im pretty sure they officially cancelled this album a while ago.

And i guess they were calling the original art of war 1 and 2 because its a 2 disk album.

well your guess is wrong. they still planning on dropping this album bizzy was promoting it during a show this month. i think they waiting for the right timing to drop it.
