Get a MAME Emulator and the roms for that. That is a Arcade Emulator. anyway its the real arcade version. Need a good controller or get a arcade joystick w/ 6 buttons. Street fighter 2 championship edition/ Killer Instint/ and a shitload more...........

You can play NES SNES SEGA and NEO GEO roms on a dreamcast but I dont think you can do it on a ps2 and for the xbox I think you need a mod chip but im not sure.

If you download roms in a zip file from Ares or whatever you use for filesharing they have hella games that people made like mario with bongs and some game called pussy city pimps.
