Got my first Negative Feedback today! I've been selling on eBay May 2000 and finally ran into an idiotic buyer! This is what he left for a Sealed Lejo/From the Mind of a Master CD he bought from me:

The CD case had a crack on it.
Buyer joannanm

Isn't this ridiculous or what? What a f#ckin' nut!! The cd was sealed and crack-less when I shipped it out. We all know that the Post Office tend to toss shit around here n there, but this nut doesn't know that! I can understand if the cd inside were scratched, missing, or cracked, but having the cd case cracked shouldn't penalize a seller at all! What pisses me off more, he didn't even bother resolving the matter with me!Them cases cost $0.10-$0.20 so he could have got his cheap ass up and bought one! Nuff of my bitchin.. but this shit just pisses me off on how buyers take cracked cases so fuckin seriously!

damn, never had a problem from a buyer bout some shit like that. I've only gotten one negative feedback since doing business on ebay as well, and it was from some dude that got mad cuz I kept e-mailing him asking where my poster was that I bought. After he didn't answer the 4th e-mail I told him I would give him 24 hours to respons or else I would report him to ebay. I come home from work the next day and I have a negative feedback from him saying "Terrible buyer. Do not do business with unless you want problems". I was pissed!

people are fuckin stupid...will find any reason to complain...im sure he didnt mind shellin the money for a sealed lejo album, but wants to complain about something that wasnt the sellers fault, and even if it WAS ur fault, what the fuck would it matter?

That's crazy!

I've also read some feedback by buyers on Amazon that gives bad feedback to sellers because the album was wack, or the mastering was not good. I think they've misunderstood the feedback system a bit... geeks!

At least you won't have to do business with Mr. negative anymore. You have done tons of deals and one negative feedback won't change anything. It just pisses one off, especially when that punk complains about a cracked case. CDs usually arrive with a crack anyway because of the postal gentle touch. People will see that he's a punk when they read his comment. I guess many ebayers get a kick on leaving negative feedbacks, especially when someone has a 100% positive rate.
