Need some HELP with my internet browser

Hey everyone... how's it going?

I just upgraed to Internet Explorer 7, and now when i browse it isnt scrolling smoothly up and down. I went into my Interne Options and made sure the box was checked in Advanced Settings......Do i need to download any drivers?

Do things on your computer scroll right?? Because I fucked up the settings on my video card once and nothing scrolled right. Other than that I have no idea but I don't use IE.

You should update your driver. That's the first thing I would do.
