Milli, your gonna need more than siccness help to make a schedule for yourself, it takes a lot for me to stay healthy, if you live on your own, ONLY BUY HEALHTY FOOD. buy carrots, tomatoes, spinach, whole wheat bread...i know it will taste gross at first, but realize that its not really as bad as you'd think, your just used to shitty fake ass food(junk food). just enjoy the new flavors, and you'll be fine. And try to eat lean means, turkey, chicken breasts n whatnot. start going to the gym in the mornings an dyou'll be tired by the time you get home, so you can do what discuss said, and actually sleep soon after you get home.
lol atleast you have one schedule to stick to, i work sometims @ 4 in the morning, and sometimes @4:30pm..
lol. try working 8 hours, on your feet with just a naps sleep.
