I've been to pismo once... went for 4th of july... wasn't that impressed... went to the beach during the day... there was some females there... but a lot of em were hella young... went to the bar at night... all the female were old trashy bitches...
but yeah... I heard riding quads is the dopest shit to do there... we didn't do all that when we went though
also san luis obispo is right there... it's a college town so it might crack... when we went over there it was not crackin... but I think a lot of the colleve students weren't in town

Thats 10 mins from my house. Def get a quad or find someone with a 4x4 and hit the dunes if you can, they are unlike any other place in cali. Great place for bonfires, beers, bitches and generally acting a fool by day. Come to san luis for nightlife. Hit up down town brew (aka DTB) for bitties. Hit up mccarthy's or the Library for stiff ass drinks. Otherwise harry's in Pismo is cool if you don't mind the roughneck biker crowd. That used to be John Madden's favorite bar when he went to college here. there's also a shitload of wineries within minutes of here if thats your thang.
Mongo's is cool too, it's only a few blocks from the pismo beach access (in Grover Beach). But your best bet is DTB and Library tho. They've got more of "da club" atmosphere (aka bitches shaking their booty's to hip hop), while the other places are more irish pubs and greaser bars. You may want to check DTB's website before going tho, cause sometimes they have punk concerts, which turn the dancefloor into more of a mosh pit scene with emo kids and punk rockers takin over the bar.
