good luck getting a job with that big ass tat on your forearm, i suggest you invest in some long sleaved shirts.

its aaiight but it don't look professionally done. Looks like you had some cat from the block do it for you. That city don't look like frisco to me. I don't know what to tell you. All I know is when you get tatted its best not to try to find a deal and just spand the cash to have it done right. Cuz damn near everyone i know with a bargain tat, that shit looks hella fucked up.

Its a done deal now player, that shits on 4 life

i went to jerrys in frisco 24th and portreo, the guy who did it does have skills,i didnt htink think it came out looking like the frisco skyline after it was all done, but when he drew it up on paper from the original picture,it was raw ass fuck, but after it was inked in,it didnt look the same, i agree about the clouds not looking like fog,i can get that done over femme? today i thought i should have gotten "composure" bigger, since that is my stage name,i liked the lettering,he came up with it,i didnt even have a specific style of lettering i wanted.

tragik, those cats downtown be tryin to play niggas with they prices, and almost had to slap them niggas haha over sum shit they told me i had to pay, real talk, iono im thinkin its the same place....i had went to like 3-4 diff tattoo spots to get my "city boy" tat,and i went to a few in the mission area, and they told me 300,fuck that, and they told my potna like 120 for only 6letters going down his arm,we went to jerrys they did his for 40 (gordon) did it,pluged him with a koo ass price,it came out real solid, and they did mycity boy tat for 80$, hella clean.

maybe if my tat gets enhanced with more building windows,or lights and better fog it would be official.

I'm not going to be as harsh as Slowpoke but it still needs some work to be done on it. I'd wait till it heals and go back to someone who's good with single needle fine line work and get the buildings detailed a lot more. The fog in the back looks more like clouds, so I'd go with a dark night type of theme and get those shaded to look like some menacing ass clouds. It's not bad, it's more along the lines of just an unfinished tat, so don't worry about it. I've spent alot of time under the needle so I've seen quite a few tats and yours if definitely something that can be enhanced.

great advice!!!!
i would listen to Rob and do what he said.....let it heel, find a detialed 'artist' who will make it look cleaner with better detail. the concept is tight but the overall tat(quality) isn't up to par.....

trust me your tat will only get better.........(with the right artist, that is).....

i didnt read what no one said but next time, have a better artist do it. and im not shitting on the tattoo artist because i think its a cool little piece done as far as the idea, but save up enough money to get a really tight artist to get that type of thing done.

as an artist myself.... theres so many ideas you can run with, with that idea of "keeping compsoure" and the buildings. you know, maybe have a bitch throwing shit out the window in a bulding or one nigga breaking in...you can get way more detailed than that... I just think it woulda been alot sicker had you had the time to actually sit down with someone tight..but like someone mentioned you can get it touched up for now i think its a cool starting mark

i myself have no tattoos myself yet because my own art evolves so much i dont feel 'safe' marking myself with something i'll consider ugly in 2 years..sooner or later i might pull one off but itll definately be on some custom made shit..like said its never coming off...gotta make it the best..

this shit is stinging like a mafucka,it was leaking so much after it was done.the important thing tho is that i like it,composure could have been bigger but im not really trippin, its more of a way of living for me,and composure has been 1 of my alias for a long time now,i didnt want to get a scene reinacted on my arm just to prove keep yo composure

One piece of advice for the future, take it or leave it: there are some things in life that you can and should try and save money on -- t-shirts, beer, rent, etc. But -- tattoos -- are NOT one of those things.

Rather than stress over the price, its generally better to spend an extra couple hundred and get the best dude or lady out there to do your work! Because, when you think about it, 5/10/20 years from now, are you going to miss that $100? And your tattoo will still be there...

[Eyeglasses and shoes, too IMO -- spend some extra skrill on those and get imported designer frames, nice kicks.... its just worth it, they will last longer and for glasses, they are gonna be on your face/feet for a while hopefully.]

But whatever, I still wouldn't worry too much about it. Your tat has character and its an idea you thought up that has meaning to you -- better than having a technically sound generic piece that someone got just to look tough or cool or whatever.
