hpw in the fuck do i get my 95' piece of shit to have 24-bit color???

i know its able to cuz when i first got it it was koo but it crashed and i had to upload the recovery disk now im seein rainbow colors and dots everywhere

I have very lil computer knowledge, but im learnin...

Clicc start - find "control panel" and open it. Find "display" - the icon should look like a monitor. open that. Thatz where you configure your baccground and screensaverz and settingz. Clicc "settings" - It should be right there.

Or if ya have a "my computer" icon on your desktop you can open that and find your "control panel" there.

i know i dont have to buy hardware for it cuz it was 24-bit when i first got it
