need help identifying an old comedian.

i can't remember his name but he's an old school comedian that was discovered in venice beach ca, he did a lot of stand up for other shows and he got a story telling style with punch lines.

skinny dude that plays the bus driver in that master p movie (uncle p)

he kinda looks like nipsey russle but he's dead i know this guys not dead and thats not his name.

shit while i'm here wondering maybe i should just imdb that movie. i wanna look him up on youtube his stand up is classic.
