I put my son to sleep at like 9:30ish and passed out, woke up at 10:30 and went to (my) bed and fell asleep.....I was hella tired.....or so I thought, I wake up at 1am hella wide the fuck awake :ermm:

about the 1 minute late, it was a time card thing....I clocked in at 5:01 and was supposed to start at 5:00, but it wasn't the first time I was late....I was actually warned, but some 1minute shit is still bullshit.....fuck them tho, they never gave me no good hours

U.P.S. stands for "Under Paid Slaves". If you want more money and benefits immediately upon hire, go to Fed Ex.
UPS is benefits after about 70 days. That's to stop idiots from joining, getting a bunch of Medical/Dental shit done, and fucking everyone else over. Unlike most benefit plans, UPS doesn't have long-ass waiting periods, big co-pays, and ridiculously high deductibles.

shit i been working at Ups for like 7 months i get paid 12.50hr and everything over 20hrs is overtime. and for overtime i get paid 14.50. So its all good. Aint really hard as some people say. but all i gotta say is that there benefits is hella good. And Peak season is coming up and this is where the money is at. My homeboy told me he be getting paid 400 a week during peak season. So its all good. It just depends on what your going to be doing. Unloading/loading. or sorting. Sorting is the easiest shit to do.

Your benefits can't be that great especially if they start after 3 fuckin' months. My company benefits start from date of hire, even before you go to any orientation, training and even before you get your official offer letter. Once you get the "you're hired", your coverage starts. Fuck if anyone is looking for a job, maybe we can pull some 50/50 referral shit!

if ur making 14.50 they're shorting ur ass man..u should be at 18.75 over time, its time and a half. UPS is infamous for that shit, u gotta watch ur check stubs and keep track of your hours cuz managment is shady......for real.
