So my monitor isnt dying....my computer is fucked up. this morning it was doing the same thing as it has been doing (monitor flicks off then on) well i got the Blue screen of death. and said some jibberish about nv4_display.dll caused a problem, and something about infinte loop. so i restart and it keeps doin it, it eventually lets me start windows, but switches to 4bit mode, lol, so everthing is hella big.

Anyone know how to solve this? i googled it, but cant find a real solution

damn, you read my advice in your previous thread about your dying monitor? poured too much sand in there didnt you? when i said go down to the beach and get yourself some sand, i didnt mean get yourself the whole fucking beach!!

Yea Its Your Video Card...Probably A Virus That Targetted Your DLL Files And Deleted A Few Including The One You Mentioned Above

Do What Bo$$tycoon Said And If That Doesnt Work Maybe You Juss Need To Reformat

With your last thread, it makes sense that your problem is probably the video card. If it's a built-in video card, the board is probably going bad.

if its an onboard videocard you can do what i did back then.. i just bought a new video card and slipped it into the PCI slot.

what you can do too to make sure is hit up a homie that has any spare computer parts and see if he has a video card you can borrow and if thats the problem then you know.

this shit sucks, my monitor keeps flicking on and off. sometimes it flickers if i move the mouse, or i open a new window...i have a GeForce FX 5200 video card i think, it was listed under adapters but i tried updating driver and it said i had the latest one. fuck this shit
