Need a website header/logo

Yo, I'm looking for someone to redesign the header on a site I run.
www.ipornflix.com - Has to be the exact size as the current pic, which is a stock blog header. Want something simple but major looking. Anyone down?
I got a lil bread to break on it, but not much. Lemme know some prices!
