i think its a little bit more than 7% since half of this countries HOMELESS PEOPLE are also black........
these people are not accounted for in census statistics

also, i dont think bayview is 80% anymore, probly more like 60-65%, asians are moving in

It's not hard to see why the statistics are where they're at. And it's not about any race of man holding black people back, they are holding themselves back. Just like education isn't education, it's "fuck the white education." Since when is education "white"? i read an article in the paper a while back about neighborhoods getting continually more segregated throughout the last two decades, what's going on is the huge influx of immigrants that california gets is largely discriminated against and therefore all move towards each other in order to feel a sense of community. Immigrants are usually frowned upon by US citizens however, so it encourages low-key private discrimination, so people are almost subconsciously grouping together with a familiar community, hence areas heavily populated by one group spread over a radically diverse city
