I love it, I think the color adjustments you made, although fairly simple, give this picture the feel his pose and expressions were suggesting...creating good design isn't always about changing as much as you can or using advanced or complicated methods. Although there are many designs that call for complicated photoshop work and all that...IMO good design is about making something visualy pleasing and hitting its statement or message and target audience on the head...and often it can be achieved just with good use of design principles rather then advanced editing and effects and all that

Like the lighting and color adjustment there but I don't see anything else you really did besides make an easy cut and throw it on a backround.
