This is Nas baby mama "CARMAN", she wrote a book about nas/jay z and everything else not to mention she f*cked jay z and she still f*cking Nas even though Nas is married-(in her words)
Anyways her webiste forum is crazy LOL- Also she act like she dont want to give info, the only thing the trick say is "ITS IN THE BOOK -ITS IN THE BOOK"

Long Island, New York - We are in the home of Queens native, Carmen Bryan. She's a rare combination of beauty, innocence and intelligence. Not to mention the interest of the media, who knows her best as Nasir "Nas" Jones' baby's-mother. But in 2005, this petite darling stands alone. She is the author of her first book, "Sex, Drugs and Hip-Hop..Oh, and did I mention Love?," her soon-to-be released autobiography.

Carmen admits that she tries to stay clear of any conflicts, but now it's time to hear her voice. She was contained when I addressed the whole Nas, Jay-Z beef, which occurred some time ago, but there's so much more to talk about. It's time to clear the air once and for all. So let's hear what she has to say.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

TD: The media has been desperately searching for you, for a long time. What made you break your silence and finally do an interview now?

CB: I'm doing an interview now because I have just completed my autobiography. As for the media, to be honest, they have a tendency to manipulate situations for their own benefit. So to avoid being misrepresented I chose to use my website as a forum in order to ensure the authenticity of this interview.

TD: Not only am I extremely interested in discussing your new book, "Sex, Drugs, and Hip-Hop...Oh and did I mention Love?", but foremost ,as a mother myself, I feel that you handled your press conference very well.

CB: Thank you. I just did what any mother would do to keep their child out of harm's way.

TD: So, the media seems to find you an interesting subject. (Carmen smiles.) Why do you think that is? (CB shakes her head.)

CB: The media has a job to do, "Get the Story" that's it. The interest isn't necessarily in me, but in the story. It doesn't even matter what they report, as long as they report something. So it's never personal when you are the target of the their attention.

TD: Let's talk about your book, "Sex, Drugs and Hip-Hop...Oh, and did I mention Love?" What is this book all about?

CB: It's all about my life. The good, the bad, the super ugly, and then some.

TD: Super ugly meaning, keeping it all the way real or just wetting the reader's appetites?

CB: Meaning, everything. Anything you could think to ask, I've already answered in my book.

TD: Will your daughter read the book?

CB: Actually, Destiny is dying to read my book. But I told her, she has to wait until she's a little older. She thinks she's so grown.

TD: (It's so obvious that the topic of her daughter is a sensitive issue). Moving right along, who else is in your book? Can you drop a few names? (CB'S eyes brighten with surprise.) What? These are the things that your readers want to know? You said that you tell it all; let's hear it.

CD: Yes, I do tell it all. I tell it all in the book.

TD: Come on Carm, you have to give us something. Meet me halfway. Can you give me at least two names?

CB: Okay, well of course Nas, Jay-Z, Wendy Williams and Wood Harris to name a few.

TD: Well we all knew about Nas and Jay-Z. And we have heard things about you and Allen Iverson. But Wood Harris and Wendy Williams? How do they fit into the picture?

CB: You're going to have to read the book to find out.

TD: I guess so because, like everyone else reading this interview, I want the dirt. I'm curious to know what really happened. You know just sitting here talking to you, you give off this demure and soft disposition, but something tells me that you could be a bad girl. (Her eyes say it all. She's a bad girl, but I respect her gangsta for it.)

CB: Well, let me just say this, the entertainment world is full of colorful images. But what people sometimes fail to realize is that there are real people behind those images. No one is exempt from human being-ness, no one. My book is about real people, real relationships and real life situations. It's not an over-sized urban tabloid. I don't defame or discredit anyone, it's simply my story. And some people may not like what I reveal in this book, but the truth is the truth.

TD: Okay, when is this book coming out? Who's publishing it?

CB: The book will be coming out very soon. As far as a publishing company, I'm exploring my options. I have several offers on the table, but I haven't signed anything yet.

TD: I also heard from a very reliable source, at a major television production company that there is a reality show in the works?

CB: Wow, news sure does travel fast. Again, there are some offers on the table but nothing's in stone. But I can tell you this, more than likely the reality show will happen. The only question is, with which company.

TD: Enough beating around the bush. Let's get down to it. In your opinion, were you the cause of the Jay-Z and Nas beef?

CB: My honest opinion, yes! I mean of course, they would probably say otherwise, but realistically speaking, no one just wakes up in the morning and decides to make a record about another person for no reason. That just doesn't make sense. But rest assured, the whole truth comes out in my story.

TD: So did you sleep with Jay-Z?

CB: Yes.

TD: How was he in bed? I heard some things about him.

CB: That's really not important at this moment, but again, it's in the book,

TD: Most people would say that it was foul of you to sleep with Jay Z while in a relationship with Nas. What do you have to say about that?

CB: Most people only know what they've heard. That's why it's called hearsay. And to be quite honest, I love people. I'm a people person, but I am not at all concerned with their opinions in regards to my private life. But I cover that whole situation in my book. I am also sure that those same people will be shocked when they read my story! It really didn't go down the way most people think.

TD: This next question I am going to ask you is really going to take it there. As a woman, and just like most women out there, I want to know, who is better in the bedroom, Nas or Jay Z?

CB: You are funny (laughing). I'm not telling, it's all in my book.

TD: Okay, let's talk about the Jay-Z song and how it made you feel.

CB: There were so many songs written about me. Which song are you referring to?

TD: What? There was more than one? I thought it was only one song.

CB: Um huh, please, not to be funny, or anything but between Nas & Jay-Z, I could release a compilation album called Carm's greatest hits.

TD: Okay well can you name some songs? Name a few, besides "Supa Ugly."

CB: Well, there's Mya's Best of Me remix, one of my favorites. Then there's, "Give it to me", oh and I can't forget, "Is That Your Chick?".

TD: Since we are on the topic of Jay-Z, what do you think of Beyonce?

CB: Beyonce is the bomb. She's beautiful, extra talented and seems like an all around wonderful person.

TD: What do you think about their relationship?

CB: Who am I to speculate on their relationship. I have no opinion; I just wish them the best.

TD: Since we are on relationships, how's your relationship with Nas these days?

CB: It's the same as it's always been. Nothing much has changed: one day we're thick as theives and then the next it's an all out war.

TD: Nas and Kelis have been together for about three years now. Have you and Nas been intimate since they hooked up?

CB: Yes, and it's all in the book.

TD: How recent?

CB: It's in the book!

TD: Okay, I also heard on a morning radio show that your daughter Destiny was not at Nas and Kelis's wedding. Is that true?

CB: Yes, unfortunately it is true. First, Destiny never received an invitation. No one called for a dress size, a shoe size or anything. Two days before the actual ceremony, Nas called to inform us of the date. Even though it was short notice, the next day Destiny was packed and ready to go. But the tickets never arrived.

TD: How is Destiny's relationship with Kelis?

CB: It's been challenging to say the least. Especially since Kelis doesn't have children. When a peron that doesn't have kids, enters a relationship with a person that does, there's going to be conflict. They don't always possess the skills necessary to deal with issues that are sensitive to a child, such as new relationships. In the begining I was no less than supportive of their union. In fact I told Nas, be good to this girl, don't do her like you did me. However, when I feel that my daughter isn't getting the respect that she deserves, I will step to you. From what I understand, Kelis is very bossy and controlling and that's fine, but no one is going to regulate my daughter! Make no mistake, I will beat a ***** bloody over Destiny!

TD: Last question, what do you hope to accomplish with this book?

CB: I'm not really the type that's concerned with results. When you have expectations, ultimately you end up being disappointed. My reward lies in the process. I'll admit it was a long journey to the finish, but over all writing this book was an amazing and fulfilling experience. And if the end result happens to play in my favor, then that's the cherry on top.

TD: Is there anything else that you would like to make clear before we end this interview?

CB: Um, no I pretty much clear everything up in my book

She is Fine!

From AllHipHop.com

Carmen Bryan, mother of Nas' 10-year-old daughter Destiny recently emerged from seclusion and penned a tell-all autobiography highlighting her sexual and personal encounters in the entertainment industry.

The book, "Sex Drugs And Hip-Hop - Oh And Did I Mention Love" is a first person account clearing alleged rumors and detailing her experiences with celebrities such as Jay-Z, Allen Iverson, and Wendy Williams among others.

"I'm not writing this book to slam anyone, get even or because I have something to prove." Bryan explained on her website. "I am simply writing this book because it has always been a desire of mine."

Featured in the book will include her take on the Jay-Z/Nas 2001 battle which she believes initiated from both rappers involvement with her.

"I mean of course, they would probably say otherwise, but realistically speaking, no one just wakes up in the morning and decides to make a record about another person for no reason."

She also goes as far as saying that she inspired the majority of hits for the Jay-Z which reportedly included "Give It To Me, "Is That Yo Chick and "Best Of Me Remix".

"There were so many songs written about me." She bragged. "Between Nas & Jay-Z, I could release a compilation album called Carm's greatest hits."

In addition, she claimed to have been intimate with the recently wedded Nas after he began his relationship with Wife Kelis over three years ago.

As of press time, Bryan is in negotiations with several publishers to close a deal for the soon-to-be released book.
