Are you kidding? Peter Gammons is one of, if not, the most educated baseball commentator there is in Major Leauge Baseball. In my opinion that is a stupid comment. But hey to each their own.

Gammons always knows whats going down in the mlb, in front and behind the scenes. His articles on espn.com are always a good read.

1) Gammons gets it wrong...I know that's not a good thing to say in the midst of this Gammons dick riding convention...but he always says the wrong shit concerning the Giants.
2) Concerning AJ...for a one year rental on a guy going .275 on the year by hitting bloops, yes, that is expensive.
