so what people talk about this shit. why do people keep saying that?? its called a topic. and it happens 2 have an effect 4 various different reasons. like i said, i was asked by lil b 2 get on the like a martian single and i heard the tracc and decided otherwise. real men care about respect and image. from a fans perspective i can see people saying get your money and this and that,but from my perspective,its not a good look. i would whup my sons ass and disown him 4 calling himself a pretty bitch whether it was a joke or not. When this is what our kids have as a music option,its no laughing matter 2 me. i have got some of my best laughs ever watching lil b, but on the serious side of things, i dont listen 2 his music,and i dont feel like its a good representation 4 our next generation. yall saying him doing those kind of antics is entertaining or ok lets me know how much of a problem this really is. some of us have worked hard 2 see cali as a respected region cuz some people do think the WEST COAST is faggotville. im not with that movement and never will be!!! This might be getting at the larger point. If artist are dis-satisfied with what's going on what are "we" going to do to shift the balance to a time where actual lyrics, regardless of perspective (street nigga, back packer, political, West Coast, East Coast) matter? The obvious answer is "make good music." But since "good" is determined by the masses how are far are artist willing to go to set the game back in the direction of QUALITY and SKILLS trumping GIMMICKS, because at one point being skilled was the number one rule of touching a mic.

I'm no Lil B fan ...there's a few tracks he has put out that I thought were decent...like the one with him and Andy Milonakis, the shit they said was funny and the beat was ridiculous disgusting. Another one I like was "The Age Of Information" ... If Lil B were to spit like that all the time, I'd be a fan of his music and probably buy it...
but as far as artist worrying why Lil B has a bigger fan base and getting heard..maybe it's because you all doing something wrong??
This dude Lil B has a shit load of youtube videos and he is making sure he stays relevant in the eyes of those that actually like his music...
Some artist should watch him and maybe try what he's doing, I'm not saying do all the homosexual shit he does. But try staying relevant and grow your fan base in Cali and out of state, and that's exactly I've noticed about Lil B...he has a fan base all over the states.....
One of the albums I been slapping as of lately ..it's Big Chills remastered album..that album off the hook, it's artist like him that are underrated and putting out good material that ain't getting played and they should be getting heard....
