My Ipod Just Froze

what can i do without losing all my music on it? i hooked it up to my computer and itunes and it says my ipod is corrupted and if i want to restore it. will that lose all my shit? fuck this sucks

naw.. everything will still be in itunes.. you just have to restore like the menu setup you had.. so you just got to sync again.. but i got an ipod nano.. and you can reset it manually by holdin' the middle circle button.. and the top menu button.. try that first... or google how to do it manually for your shit.
