Hell YEAH! When I was livin in L.A. (not that far from the bay guys) niggaz didnt even know my ghetto report card came out until months later. Yall are mistakin a little bit of national video time for hella exposure. Man yall can't even compare it to cube that nigga has stayed in the spotlight 4 ever and befor his CD came out , he was on the cover of HELLLLLA magazines.

But oh well 40 water eatin.

The simple fact of the matter is....the mass downloading off the internet has made it very difficult for an artist like E-40. I can all but guarantee you that if all the people that bump "Tell me Where to Go" and the "You and that Booty" (I dont know if thats the title) had actually had to PAY for their cd then E-40 would probably be a lot closer to platinum

promotion was bad, especially overseas. FE: They never released tell me when to go in germany. and after the US and the UK market its the most importantsmusic market in world ( no, not the asien market...). by the way. i think they never released u and dat in germany, too. they released dat lil john with e40 . but u and dat? nope!

mAN TO SAY 40 FLOPPED IS CRAZY... So who is doing good.???. So far there were 3 albums this year from The Bay thats sold over 10k!.. 40, Keysha Cole, and Quinn... COLD Hard Facts.. 10k out of all the people in The Bay! Fuckin artist Cant sell 10.000! Are they that bad or The Bay dont support! And 40 only scanning 400k he is from The Capitol of CD burning & downloading for 1. 2. you guys dont think he sold another 100k units or close to it at non soundscan stores & One Stops.?? He Certified Gold.. Keyshia was certified platinum when her scans were @ 898,000

I thought The Team sold more than 10k, Clyde Carson was sayin something like 130 +.. He said that in that Song "We Out here" on the new Black Wall Street mixtape..

EXACTLY!!!!! I Thought the album was spectacular. Yes the push and promo was great....compared to what any other bay artist gets. But let's face it, he wasn't on TV as much as other artists. Shit he did the Late Late Show on CBS for cryin' out loud. Maybe if someone blasted him or his homie shanked someone at an award show he might have gone plat. Either way he can't make anyone happy. There is always the cat that says he shoulda did this or that. I think he's doing great. Radio Play is up and he's continously hitting 11k per week. Great Job E-40.
