MY FUCKIN RIDE GOT BOOTED THEN TOWED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My car got booted for hella tickets and then towed. I hadn't finished registering it yet but the tickets belonged to the previous owner. I had bought it two days before it was booted and finished my registration three days after. So I go down to tell ther DPT that ther tickets don't belong to me and I want my cat back and they tell me that I am responsible for the tickets on a car I purchased. That shot sounds hella backwards to me. i requested a boot hearing and a tow hearing and they both said the same thing. Has this happened to anyone before ?

Can't say that it has, but I got my car towed from my own apt complex cause it hadn't been moved for awile. Cost a good 150.00 to get it back...

but if you see em bootin it and you jump in that car hella quick and peel off.. they can NOT boot your chit and they hafta let you go if you start moving the car before they're half way done or 3/4 done or something like that... I always be seeing or hearing somebody yell out "THEY GETTIN THE BOOT" and that some folks from the house come RACIN out half naked or whatever just to move that bitch....

fuckin bitch ass traffic/parking/meter nazis.. they drive down neighborhoods and scan each license til they catch one. That's gotta be the most horrible job.

I got booted in berkeley back in the day in like 97. Shit was wack, cost like $150 to get off.
At least I didn't get towed.
