keep the system on all day and turn it off before you go to sleep repeat until you get the red ring of death an microsoft will either fix it or give you a new one

that's usually the beginning of the end. Happened to me twice. On my 3rd 360 and the warranty is almost up.

wait, what do yall mean thats almost the beginning of the end? i been getting the 'this disc is unreadable' shit with gears of war 2 every once in a while too.....and theres not one scratch on the entire cd, i JUST bought it and ive only touched the sides of the cd once, so theres not even a speck of dust on it!
