My Bay Area folk, as far as MC's who y'all put above E-40?

This is nota legit question, because there are hundreds of better mc's than 40. when it comes to rap imo, there are two different catagories, mc's like yukmouth and jacka, and there are game spitters like e-40 and keak, and of course when it comes to game spitters, its still mac dre all day.

-but their are only a handfull of legindary game spitters and 40water is definantly one of them.

There a more than a few better MC's then E-40....

There are ALOT of MC's from the bay better than E-40 and this is coming from a long time E-40 fan. What makes E-40 doper than anything is his style and his slang. He is only just above average in actual lyrical content IMO.

YUK (too much fire, and i'm a hip hop head at heart, but YUk spits something ridiculous)....
Lycrically, I also have to include Boots Riley (the coup).....his lyrics leave me actually THINKING about life....check out his flow in "poems for post modern decay", I think the song is by zion I...but boot's verse in that one is, man, i don't even have a word in my vocabulary to express myself on how real this man's verse is in that song...
Lynch too....I don't know why, but season of the siccness, although full of violent imagery, paints such pictures in the listener's mind, it's crazy....
That's all I can think of at this time....Keep in mind that i'm more hip hop than gangster though..
