i thought it looked pretty good til kah came on here and gave his opinion.....i've seen his work with photo doctoring.....his shit is tight as fuck.....i don't know shit about photo doctoring, i haven't tried it, so i can say if it's good or bad....

Its more to photo doctoring than smudging pictures. You gotta mess with everything under image>adjust, especially the brightness and contrast. Check this out:

well ice i can tell all you did on the shirt was smudge it, but after looking at the arms on the new one and the old one. i can tell you didnt doctor the arms but for some reason they dont look low quality and the same with his hair, so i have reason to believe that the "before" really isnt the before pic and that made it distorted for some reason and that the real before pic hasnt even been posted. kapone if im wrong sorry its just what it looks like to me, so correct me if im wrong

Actually to me it looks kinda like the "after" pic is the real pic and he just added noise to it to make the "before" pic look like the original undoctored version.
