Let me add my 2 cents here...I think most people will agree they like the harder Jay Tee, I do also. But take the album for what it is. Jay Tee isn't proclaiming this to be his "hardest" album, so don't expect that. Its a well produced, well thought out album that has the potential to attract a different market that Jay Tee usually appeals to while still leaving something for his long time fans.

That's where Jay Tee is ahead of the game because there's not too many artists out there willing to take their music in a different direction. I think it's from fear of losing that certain image they put out there. I personally think if an artist can't do that then they have a much smaller chance at reaching that goal that every artist strives for.

Here's my spill. First off. Thanks to everybody that appreciates this album. I started on this album for the release that I was gonna put out thru Universal. After they didn't do anything with my single "Baby Girl", I decided that they weren't the place for me. I had the album about half way finished when my boy from Tucson, Tiny Flores came in and wanted to start a new label and put the album out thru the new venture. We started Loyalty Records, and I finished up the album staying on the same format as I had already started. I never expected everybody to like this one. It's more commercial than anything I've ever done. What alot of people don't understand is that I don't make music to please the Bay Area. There is way more going on than what alot of you cats think. I have been famous 3 seperate times. I been famous as N2DEEP, Latino Velvet and as Jay Tee. I've done shows where the crowd was at least 10,000 people about 20 times. I've done paid show for 12 straight years. I got fans all over the world. I make money off music EVERYDAY. I have no other job. I own 2 houses and have money in my bank account. I must be doing something right. I don't worry about trying to make albums that some of these other disgruntled rappers/ sicness members will praise. This is just another spread of my hustle. I gained new fans off of this release that will go and buy all of my old stuff that they never knew exsisted. More paper. For my real fans that didn't like this album, please believe I got way more stuff coming real soon. My new Mixtape "Jay Tee - He Got Game" is some of the coldest game I've ever spit. I'm working on a new album for Loyalty Records that is sort of like "Jay Tee - So Cold. Much love to those than understand how the rap game really works......
