You're right..."god" forbid people find a way to be individuals and adhere to the Constitutional Rights that every American has a right to. THIS is why ALL corporations are bad.

Nothing wrong with wanting your employees to dress a certain way. And again, they have to put in rules to weed out the people who will take advantage of "being individuals." Someone could wear a hat or shirt or something that's offensive with a really loose dress code. This complicates things. It's makes more sense to say THIS is what you wear... especially (and mainly) in a service oriented environment.

There are LAWS that explicitly state the rights of a business when it pertains to somebody practicing their religion.

There are also LAWS that state the rights of a business to protect itself from things that can HARM the company.
