The thing HORRIBLY wrong in Smiles argument is that its biased.
Where do you draw the line Smile? How do you deem rights from recognized religions vs alternative religions. What makes one more valuable then the other?
As you said other religions used scarfs, and all them would not be able to wear them. Whats the difference of her scarf, and someone practicing a alternative religions that pierces there whole face? Should they both have equal rights?

It's a fucking head scarf, it shouldn't be this big of a deal. The only reason Disney will not allow a head scarf is because it will scare Americans who think anything related to Islam is also related to terrorism.
With that said she should just quit her fucking job and work somewhere else.
