Music Video production inquiry

Any help would be appreciated. Im game goofy to the bay area video directors and the search feature keeps coming up with a million threads lol. Who does pretty good vid production in the $300-$1000 range? just starting off with the music video thing and wanted to shop around for the best prices/production. Thanks for any help!
