hey 6footah, what u know about it bein haunted? have u heard about Haystack Landing off the freeway? some scary story shit behind that house. The Phoenix is pretty cool...supposedly a kid died cuz he fell off the balcony and they had to close it for a while
also, across the street, i saw a place selling cds for some illusive records release a long while back.

i heard about the history of that place dating from as far back as the 1700's... crazy shit...
i heard about how back in 1995 some college kids from SF went there with their professor and they all ended up gettin their asses whooped up and down that place by something invisible... i think it wuz on the news also

they went to haystack landing...theres a site for them, i found it on google a while back. um, some crazy shit, its buried on an ancient native american burial ground...its supposedly the most haunted place in america. they actually wouldnt let people rent it for a while cuz of something that had happened...this is true, some people moved into that house after the civil war, and for about 10 years, no one had heard from the family for a while. so someone went to look for them, and their bodies were fucking hanging from hooks in a storage shed next to the house, and they were skinned and dismembered...that shits no joke. also, some other shit has happened, like to every person that has moved into it, somethin bad has happened to them. it just looks scary as fuck too.
LOL Haystacks Landing is a big put on man...It's a creepy old house an u'll either get popped by the cops or shot at by the trailer trash that guards it.

The dude throwin all the shows at the Phoenix is a guy named Tony who owns Family Productions with help from Daniel and Northcoast Underground...Not only did they do the Too Short & E-40 shows but back in the day they're the ones who brought Mac Dre up right after he got outta jail, Dru Down and a couple other gigs...Really good people

if ur headin towards sebastopol from petaluma...or the other way around...its right there next to a four-way stop light...where u can enter 101 south...im not sure about supposed haunted shit...but like mark 7 said...either the po's or white trash that claims stake to that property will want u to leave...haha...
