I didnt think this shit was commin out so soon. I guess if u really diggin Kokane's music u would like it. I think he's alright but this album right here is a disappointment to me. My opinion though. Back 2 the Clap was actually pretty descent.<<<(probably spelled it wrong.) But yeah, ummmm........Save ur $crilla.

Yeah.....Back 2 Tha Clapp is knockin from start to finish. I can't stop listining to that CD. I am gonna pick up PainKillerz as soon as I find it. To me, I can't see it topping Back 2 Tha Clapp, but I will give it a listen.

Wow, Pain Killerz the shit!!! Way better than "Take it back to the clap". For me it's his best effort EVER! A masterpiece. Never heard of the producer Josef Leimberg before, but he's ridiculous!!!

I loved Back 2 tha Clap, this is better?!

If you're lovin' Josef Leimburg, peep his other whole-produced albums with that slick funk production he's getting known for...

1998 Mikah 9 - American Nightmare : It's All Love

2001 Freestyle Fellowship - Temptations (ft. RBX and Supernatural)

2003 Mikah 9 - A Work in Progress (ft. RBX, Saafir, Tajai, and Brother J)

Nothing but classics so far in my book... Josef has also produced for Snoops paid the cost to be the boss, rhythm and gangsta, and 213. He also played trumpet for L.A.'s Mad Kap back in 93' (proof is in the puddin').

I've been waiting to hear Painkillerz for the longest time because i see Mikah 9 as Kokane's equal. They both sing AND rap with the most original flows and ill styles on the Westcoast. The difference is, Mikah's more jazzy while Kokane is hella phunky.

I hope in time this new genre of singin' and rappin' grows. The Love Below was a hit and Cee-lo is killin' it right now too. Kokane and Mikah 9 are just as talented, can't wait to see what happens next...

Aaah, ok, i remember Mad Kap but i never heard of Mikah 9 nor Freestyle Fellowship. I don't like "Paid the cost" but i enjoyed several tracks from 213 und Snoop's R&G Album...

"Back 2 Tha Clapp" is 10 times better than "Painkillerz" in my opinion. Back 2 Tha Clapp reminds mw more of the old Koke and the production is top notch. I thought the production was lacking on Painkillerz. If I had a choice, I would go with Tha Clapp.
