Yes I know of mobile17 website but now it does not allow you to send mp3's to a damn treo 650 (which i have) so does any1 know of any other sites that are similar and allow you to download mp3's to your phone

Why don't you just load 'em onto a memory card (SD, etc.)????

^^^ yup

I have the Treo 650 and you can right click on a song in your computer and SEND TO phone. Then next time you sync it will download to your phone. Full songs you can use for ringers with mRing.
