i've lived in concord most of my life, moved to bay point in october. its cheap and right next to concord/pittsburg. theres some good parts and bad parts, but if you live on the concord side where i do its hella coo... i rent a 3 bedroom 2 bath house, newer construction in a nice ass neighborhood for $1650.
