Why dont we make a list of Bay rappers that ARENT overrated...it would be a much easier thing to do.

As much as i dont like talking about deceased rappers, Woodie, IMO, was not good at all. BUT, he was a NORTENO rapper, which means he APPEALED to a certain group of people...and there is nothign wrong with that. He has a big following and even HAS his own forum on the Sicc.
