Jay-Z has done songs with Too Short. The reason Jay-Z was more successful than your average new york rapper is he stretched his game further, doing tracks with Short, Scarface, Snoop, Juvenile, UGK, at a time when nobody did that.
To say he bites 95% of lyrics is plain wrong and incorrect. He is one of the most naturally gifted rappers alive, he can flow to any beat you give him, wether its a traditional Premier beat, Kanye Beat, Timbaland, Hi Tek, Neptunes he can ride any track with ease. The man is also a 1st class hustler, making millions from rappin, thats every rappers dream, underground or not.
Plus he banging Beyonce every night

Ain't nobody garbage, they're just not my choice of soda. Meaning: Cold=Nice Beats I drink Sprite(tight), no sprite... I'll drink a cold Pepsi(commercial soda). If I'm throwing a barb-q I'll buy Root-beer(Nelly's, Chingys, Mike Jones ex:shit the hoes luv) for variety. But under no circumstances will I purchase cream soda(Sillk The Shocker, Master P, etc.). I know people like it, but that's not in my budget. And I don't care how cold of a soda it is.
