Tony stop being such a homer, even lamberto sees wassup

and btw its 64 mil u retard, not 80, Clements did his job, and was very very effective
You have to be the biggest hyprocrite on the siccness along with your brother fatal... calling someone a homer.

Lamberto has his own opinion and that's cool.

Clements was signed to an $80 million dollar contract to help shore up your poor pass defense right? Well then why did your team give up more passing yards in 07 than it did in 06?

Whats do Rod Smith and Javon Walker have in common?

Their best days behind them

I said the age difference? Comparing Rod Smith to Javon Walker makes no sense because Rod is old for a receiver. 29 is getting there but it's not considered old for a receiver.... step your comprehension skills up Shree...

not its 64 million...

Nate Clements held his shit down, he cant defend the whole field, he did what he was supposed to do, and created turnovers

Well if we didn't sign Walker would you feel comfortable going into the season with the receiving core we have now?

Javon Walker is deep and he's to prove himself. He's here to make our qb and squad better. I think we should welcome him with open arms.

would I feel comfortable NO...so I agree with you there....but I will go further and say I am happier with our wr core right now than we were at the end of last year minus walker....and thats not saying much.

rod is old, but after 3 knee surgeries in less than 3 years you don't think his (javon) "health" is almost equal to that age?

that was a question of its own, i think you need to step your comprehension skills up. It was a better question than age asking...

It makes no sense to compare Rod Smith and Javon Walker because of their age difference. It's not hard to understand.

lol no shit, but does Bruce still have 1-2 good seasons left? I certainly think so, plus his ability to teach the others Martz system as well
Then he'd be better off coaching the receivers then. Don't contradict yourself here now Shree... you were just getting on Javon Walker now you think Bruce has 1-2 good seasons left?

But with the injuries Walker has suffered, its fair to compare him to Rod Smith, get it?
Nope because Rod Smith is old and I think he has a bad hip.

Walker is 29 and he was playing well until he hurt his knee. "If" his knee is good then we should be good. But the comparison of Rod Smith and Javon Walker makes no sense.

Maybe Isaac Bruce and Rod Smith can be compared since they're both getting up there in age.

Yeah, Isaac Bruce has been very consistent throughout his entire career, and hasnt really suffered through injuries since missing most of the 98 season, i think in 2005 he had turf toe that kept him outta 6 games, but thats nothing really major, last year, starting 12 games, he had 55 receptions for 700 yards, that doesnt say ineffective to me.... especially with the poor qb and o line play and injurys to jackson last year

I agree that Bruce has been consistent throughout his career and he'll make the hall of fame no doubt. But he's on the decline at this point in his career. And with y'all qb situation it's going to be very insteresting to say the least. If y'all had a better qb then I'd say look out but Alex Smith or Shaun Hill? LOL

He won't be the Bruce that you kept seeing running through your defense.

Isaac Bruce 55 receptions 733 yards 4 tds 13 receptions of 20+ yards

You can't leave out the fact that Walker got injured. And I have no doubt in my mind that when both healthy, Walker at this point of his career, will easily outperform Isaac Bruce. You are a retard if you believe otherwise...
