The rescheduled Monterey Bay Hip-Hop Fest is back on, Sunday July 16 (skip church and praise the hip-hop) at the Monterey Fairgrounds. Headliner is Vallejo's finest, E-40! Other performers include Spice 1, Mr. Kee, Balance, Don Cisco and others. Record labels will be promoting artists. Freestyle and D.J. contests and "best rumpshaker" contests will also be held. i go to monterey an carmel just to kickback, like thats the calmest place to just kickback an relax....outta all my years goin there with family or whatever only trouble we got were from europeans askin for hella directions....but i noticed since the whole hyphy thing REALLY kicked off theres hella little kids with mac dre shirts, doo rags an red shoe laces.....
probably worth going, but dudes from salinas and seaside will probably fuck it up and everbody get sent home. Even though their beezies are average, cats have choke holds on their women. They are well known for trying to fight or kill over their flat-behind chicano, philipino, mixed beezies. Cats over there got serious problems with their self-esteem.
