this guy is way too good of a player to play SG. monta has as much game as derrick rose in comparison but is a SG! hes an undersized SG and this is why hes getting killed on the other end but is killing on offense. i would rather him being a oversized PG than a undersized SG. curry is a great shooter or what not, but id say get rid of him and try to pick up brandon roy.

Oversized PG? Pick up Brandon Roy? Monta is a great scorer and team defender, but is nowhere near the passer D rose is... Brandon Roy's career is over...and 6'3'' is not and oversized PG...

the difference between a PG and an SG isn't about how good of a player you are

a PG is more about facilitating while a SG is more about scoring

Monta is a great scorer... he thrives at SG

and lol @ monta being "too good of a player to play SG"

Kobe Bryant and D Wade both play SG and are both better players than Monta (and the best guards are thir respective teams) your logic flawed

He's a 2 guard, this discussion is old.. He's a top 10. Maybe top 5 at his position, which is, as it should be, SG
