Yeah I peeped that shit......It was cool........I left that book @ a bitch house in Sac.....I'm going up to Sac tomorrow to see my daughter & my my chick & that episode last night reminded me that I need to stop by that bitch house & get that book.....The book Monster along with the Autobiagraphy of Malcom X & The Pimps Bibles are my personal favorites.

But the people who make it on American Gangster usually are people who have reached lightweight celebirty status in some way.

I honestly think they should do a American Gangsta version for the rappers.....There are some artist who have a lot of street cred.....That particular kind of show would actually get better ratings then the original American Gangster.

GOOD EPISODE, ULTIMATELY WHAT IT SHOWED WAS THE AMOUNT OF WASTED TALENT THAT IS IN THE HOOD AND HOW DOPE AND HOOD TIES ARE HARD TO LET GO. ON THE KOOL I'D RATHER SEE AN AMERICAN GANGSTER ABOUT LIL MONSTER!!!

I've actually been saying the exact same thing about bangers since I was a kid.......The exact same thing.......A hitter from a set does pretty much the same thing a serial killers does......Commits various murders on the street in patterns & are called on by the shot callers in the pen to do the sticking if an enemy.

It was a cool episode I like how they put some of the people from the book on there and his wife and kids on the episode to show the other side of his life, how they been waiting for him to get right and be the husband and dad they needed, but he couldnt never completely do it. Hopefully, he can get it right before the end of his days.
