BREMERTON — A 28-year-old Bremerton woman who works as a barista could face an indecent exposure charge for alleging allowing her female passenger to moon another car Monday on the Warren Avenue Bridge.
According to Bremerton police, a 30-year-old Bremerton woman and her underage son were driving south at the bridge just before noon when she spotted a white 1994 Honda Civic driving recklessly. The Honda cut her off on the bridge and nearly caused a collision, the woman told police.
The woman began yelling at the Civic's two occupants, the driver and a young female passenger. They yelled back.
The Civic passenger then pressed her exposed buttocks and genitals against the passenger window, the woman said.
The woman followed the Civic to an apartment complex near 17th Street and Park Avenue and called police.
Police found the driver of the Civic there. The driver admitted she had "rage" over the incident, but said there was no one in the car with her.
The case was forwarded to the Kitsap County Prosecutor's Office for a possible charge against the driver of the Civic of complicity to commit indecent exposure. The driver's occupation was listed as a barista at a coffee stand on Highway 303.
