shame on anyone for going "oh so shoulda did this she shoulda did that" uhhh hello fucking idiots he SHOULDNT have killed a kid. if you know anything about abusive relationships you should know that she had no control of anything that happened in that relationship obviously. sure she coulda did this and she coulda did that, but she didnt, and thats why it was an abusive relationship, and this is what eventually happened. shame on anybody for saying "oh i woulda did this", well you didnt, and nobody else did and now a kids dead so stfu.

chances are there were probably quite a few people that could have stopped this years before it came to this but they didnt and theres nothing anybody can do so leave it at that

theres a lotta fake ass stupid shit being said in this thread and i think only a couple people really appreciate the seriousness of what happened

I picked up my daughter and 1st thing she tells me..that the night before he had yelled at her and made her cry cuz she didn't wanna eat her food..i called BM ..she didn't wanna tell me..so i personally drove to their place and had a small talk with him...dude swang at me..i caught his arm ..dropped him..proceeded to slap him up and then punched him a few times...told him not to ever raise his voice or tell my daughter what to do cuz he ain't the father and he wanted to raise his voice at a kid..to get my bitch ass BM pregnant and he can do whatever the fuck with his kid..i left...4 hours later..Alameda Sheriff and Concord PD at my door to arrest and to serve me with a restraining order he put on me...but yeah..he did learn his lesson ...

That's the only problem. You punch someone it is battery and no way around it unless it was self-defense. That sucks if they charged you with a misdemeanor and it stays on your record.

I heard that too when fuckerz like him get thrown N jail for abusing a child N Nyway, they wont be so nice. He'll get his for a long time but deservez alot worst.

Wow, good to see you siccness cats thinking you can judge someone. When some of you cats are no better then this guy (me included) . just doing different shit to others. Your opinion is understood though. Oh well this is way of life.
